Overview

Het risico op het ontwikkelen van repititieve overbelastingsblessure (RSI) is hoog voor apotheekassistenten en verpleegkundigen.1,2 Risicofactoren voor RSI zijn onder meer herhaalde bewegingen, uitoefenen van intense of langdurige spierkracht, snelle werkomgeving met onvoldoende rust of tijd om bij te komen tijdens het werk of tussen diensten, en kunnen leiden tot een afname van de productiviteit, medische behandeling, afwezigheid of zelfs invaliditeit.3

Facilimix™ is bedoeld als hulp bij het verminderen van RSI als gevolg van herhaalde bewegingen die nodig zijn om enige druk of kracht uit te oefenen (mengen van viskeuze geneesmiddelen/vullen van elastomeerpompen) zonder afbreuk te doen aan de veiligheid van de patiënt of de effectiviteit van het mengen.

Facilimix™ Compounding Device is designed to eliminate syringe push/pull motions.


Intuitive to use, as the device mimics syringe motion, it enables to withdraw and inject compound with one finger.

The Facilimix™ Cartridge is a dedicated patented* double seal syringe designed for use with the Facilimix™ Compounding Device.


Compatible with oncology drugs including paclitaxel4,5 the standard luer lock cartridge has a double seal to increase accuracy and avoid leakage.
