Key Accomplishment
Aligned with BD’s commitment to foster an equitable and inclusive environment and provide resources for associates to grow in their careers, OPEN launched an LGBTQIA Mentoring Program. The program is founded upon a desire to help foster mutual respect and trust and is available to all BD associates regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, or background. Mentors offer professional guidance to help mentees enhance leadership skills, network with colleagues and navigate career planning to pursue their professional aspirations.
