Key Accomplishment
The Community Outreach sub-committee of African-Americans at BD, in partnership with the BD Talent Management team, the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Engagement Center of Excellence, and several other ARGs, launched a pilot Cross-ARG mentorship program for interns at BD. The program paired more than 60 interns with experienced mentors who provided insightful career guidance, facilitated meaningful connections with associates and leaders across the globe, and accelerated the learning curve to ensure a foundation for success from day one.
