Currently, the BD Order Status Portal allows users to:

  • Conduct a quick search, view order status, access carrier track & trace and download packing lists
  • Digitally submit customer care queries

To access the BD Order Status Portal, please use an internet browser such as Chrome or Edge. Not all BD Portals are compatible with Internet Explorer.

To request a copy of your invoice, please submit an online Order Inquiry through our BD Order Status Portal https://bd.com/CustomerPortalEMEA. Ensure you have the Order Number and Shipping zip code to enable the search.

If you are unable to find the order number, please use the Contact Us section of this website or contact your local representative.

Product Enquiry FAQ

The e-IFU website https://eifu.bd.com/ provides you with electronic Instructions For Use (eIFU) to ensure correct usage of our products.

The quality-related certificates can be found on our Quality website https://regdocs.bd.com/regdocs/ . Ensure you have the BD Catalog Number and BD Lot Number/BD Serial Number to enable the search.

Not all Quality Certificates are available online. If you are unable to retrieve a particular Quality Certificate, please use the Contact Us section of this website or contact your local representative.
