Our BD SmartSite™ extension sets come with the BD SmartSite™ needle-free connector. We offer DEHP-free fluid path extension sets in small bore and standard bore tubing sizes.

Using BD SmartSiteTM needlefree connector enables facilities to comply with the recommendations for the use of needleless access devices by the CDC1 and the INICC2.

 

Power injector compatibility

Some extension sets are labeled for use with power injectors.

Choice of filters

Our filters support children and adults in 0.2, 1.2 and 15 micron sizes.

Stopcock versatility

Our sets are available with three- and four-way stand-alone and ganged stopcocks.

Radiology support

Our sets are labelled for use with power injectors up to 325 psi and a maximum flow rate of 10 mL/sec.
