Vivek Chowdhary serves as Director - Strategy, India and South Asia at BD, (Becton, Dickinson, and Company), a leading global medical technology company headquartered in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. In this role, he will be instrumental in driving long-term growth strategy, enhancing organizational capabilities and fostering innovation.
Vivek has robust experience of around 12 years in working on Strategic and Transformation assignments in multiple industries and across topics such as growth/corporate strategy, digital transformation, commercial excellence and go to market. He has also won a prominent award - ‘Forty under 40’- High Impact Manager in 2023.
Prior to joining BD, Vivek has worked with Boston Consulting Group as Principal with the responsibility of leading projects. In the past, Vivek has been associated with Auctus Advisors as a Consultant. Over the span of his career, he has worked across India, South Korea, UK, and Hong Kong.
Vivek has earned his degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and MBA from IIM Calcutta.
In his free time, Vivek likes to play Badminton and Table Tennis and has participated and won in numerous tournaments.
